Corona Virus Update: Time and COVID 19 have taken a toll on so many yoga studios and teachers. Mine is no exception and so, I have moved on in many ways but remain offering the following Zoom classes and would be happy to talk with you about possible private sessions that I believe I will be able to offer again beginning sometime in June.

*Note: Classes will not be held on April 15 but will resume on April 22.
8:30 - 10:00 am: Level 2 to start your day. $12
This session is designed to start your day in a "feel good" way! You are invited to take this practice to the speed and level that you desire as we explore both the known and the unknown in this present moment. Lengthen and strengthen muscles while toning fascia and encouraging healthy bones and joints. This group will be invited to occasionally join me on the belly and on hands and knees but modifications can be made to satisfy most challenges.
4:00 - 5:00 pm: Level 1 to prepare you for a gentle evening. $10
This gentle practice based on Gentle Somatic Yoga ™ philosophy and techniques is intended to help begin to quiet the mind and body as you make ready for the evenings calm. It will be generally patterned after the morning Level 2 session but will dive deeper into slow, gentle, intentional movements to increase range of motion, strength and flexibility. Practice will include a short mindfulness meditation practice with breathing techniques to serve the moments need. ALL are welcome! This group will not be invited on to the belly or to the hands and knees.
