About the event

This self-care workshop is a unique blending of basic principles of Somatic Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Tao Yin Fa Qi Gong and Tama Do Sound Healing practices. Christo and Kimberly will be combining their practices offering you the opportunity to explore your life force on many different levels and encourage you to stay present and mindful with your healing process. Christo Pellani is a sound and energy healer, rhythm awareness drum circle facilitator, life/wellness coach, and expressive therapist. He founded Soundformation, and provides therapeutic arts services for schools, retreats, and conferences. Christo authored an interactive sound healing curriculum, "Living Adventures through Sound," and is a certified in Tama-Do. He is a sound and vibration healing instructor at the CA Academy for the Healing Arts.

Kimberly Freesh, CYT, CYTT, AHP, is a somatic yoga teacher in the Gentle Somatic tradition, yoga teacher and therapist in the Viniyoga (Hatha) tradition, Ayurvedic health practitioner, Ballroom dancer with Arthur Murray and expressive free form dancer with Fred Sugarman and Medicine Dance. For several years, Kimberly offered gentle flow and chair yoga classes at Northridge Hospital, Annie's Yoga Studio, the YMCA, and at Bridges Academy. She opened Out Back Yoga Integrative Healing Arts Center in 2003 where she encourages students to find better ways to live with rather than against their true nature.
