Super Summer Soulstice Selebration!

Inspired by the change of season, today is all about visioning into collective, creative extensions with the highest intention of emerging with a renewed sense of both self and community. World renowned musical and sound healing artist, Christo Pellanii is on-board to provide us with all the "good vibrations" we need to explore, on all levels, our ability to be both interoceptive and extra perceptive. Fred Sugerman brings to life Medicine Dance and movement with his powerful yet sensitive leadership and Kimberly Freesh will weave in and out with suggestions for the use of Gentle Somatic Yoga® techniques to uncover secret tension and help you explore ways to reconnect to the body and ease away tight, stiff or forgotten muscles and joints.

The offering will be followed by a potluck picnic dinner on the lawn. Pack a "beach bag" and bring your swim attire if you think you might like a dip into the lovely warm, salt water pool before we light the sacred fire of summer and enjoy a glorious summer solstice celebration which may include music, drumming, singing/chanting and spontaneous movement.

For the potluck picnic, you are invited to bring scrumptious, nutritious (or not) FAVORITE foods . Please bring a bowl/plate and other eating utensils so that we do not need to throw stuff away...BYO drinks too!
